Xeresa is located in the region of La Safor (Community of Valencia). Surrounded by mountains, Xeresa stands on a plain 30 metres above sea level.

With beaches 2 km away (Playa virgen de lAuir (Gandia) and Playa de Xeraco) and Monte Mondúver to the west, Xeresa is the perfect place for a trip to the sea and the mountains.

A stroll through the oldest and most charming streets of Xeresa is wonderful. The route starts at Calle La Verge, which is decorated with flowers, and ends with stairs that lead to la muntanyeta.

A little further on, we pass through Plaza del Tossal, Fuente de la Pila, Calle Mayor, one of the longest streets in the old town, Palacio de los Vic, Ermita de la Santísima Trinidad and the old laundry, which is a must-see.

Fiesta de la Virgen del Carmen. Takes place in the Barriada Boltesar neighbourhood in the third week of July. There is dancing, various competitions, correfocs, the moving of the Virgin through the neighbourhood and her return to the church.
Ravalet Festival. Takes place on the second weekend in August. Includes a popular street dinner, dancing with a band, mass and procession in honour of the Holy Trinity, a concert and other leisure and festive activities.
Patron Saints Day. In the third week of August, in honour of San Isidro, San Rafael, La Virgen de los Dolores and San Antonio de Padua, the patron saint of Jerez.
