April to June and October: €3,250/month, minimum rental period of 1 month. Bookings of 3 months or longer receive a 10% discount. (Includes the first €50 of electricity consumption, with meter reading at the start of the contract).

July - August - September: €4,500/month, minimum rental period of 1 month. Bookings of 3 months or longer receive a 10% discount. (Includes the first €50 of electricity consumption, with meter reading at the start of the contract).

Deposit: one months rent.

Agency fees: The tenant shall pay a monthly fee equivalent to 5% plus VAT of the rental amount as agency fees.

Legal Notice
This property is offered exclusively for temporary rentals, in accordance with Article 3.2 of Law 29/1994 on Urban Leases (LAU), as amended by Royal Decree-Law 29/2026 of 6 October. Stays must exceed 31 days and be based on a genuine, justifiable reason for temporary relocation from the tenants habitual residence. The general maximum duration is 12 months.

The accommodation is intended for temporary residential use, such as professional assignments, work-related relocations, academic stays, or other non-permanent housing needs.

The property is not offered as a habitual residence, for long-term rental, or as tourist accommodation.
