April to June and October: €3,250/month, minimum rental period of 1 month. Bookings of 3 months or longer receive a 10% discount. (Includes the first €50 of electricity consumption, with meter reading at the start of the contract).

July - August - September: €4,500/month, minimum rental period of 1 month. Bookings of 3 months or longer receive a 10% discount. (Includes the first €50 of electricity consumption, with meter reading at the start of the contract).

Deposit: The amount of the deposit will vary according to the duration of the stay, with a minimum equivalent to one months rent.

Agency fees: The tenant shall pay a monthly fee equivalent to 5% plus VAT of the rental amount as agency fees.
