Rental Conditions:
November to March: €2,500 - €3,500 per month, minimum rental period of 3 months. (Not included: internet, electricity and water)
April to June and October: €3,000 - €3,500 per month, minimum rental period of 2 months. (Not included: internet, electricity and water)
July, August and September: €4,000 per month (minimum 3 months) or €4,500 per month (for a single month rental).

Additional information:
Internet, water and electricity costs up to a set maximum per month are only included in rentals during July, August and September. Any excess consumption will be charged to the tenant.
For all other months, internet, water and electricity will be paid by the tenant.
Deposit: The amount of the deposit will depend on the length of stay, with a minimum of one months rent.
Agency fees: The tenant shall pay monthly agency fees equivalent to 10% of the rent.
