Spectacular estate, consisting of four adjoining rural properties located in the municipality of Alcoy. It features four houses in need of full restoration, surrounded by farmland, dryland trees, commercial pine forest, holm oak woodland, and low scrubland.

It comprises approximately 200 hectares of pine forest, 10 hectares of scrubland, 20 hectares of arable land (mostly cereal crops), and 50 hectares of dryland tree plantations. Altogether, the four properties have a total surface area of around 280 hectares.

The buildings are in need of complete renovation and have the following approximate sizes:

Building A2: 300 m² with an irrigation pond measuring 15 x 7 meters
Building A3: 600 m² house with adjoining livestock pens of approximately 400 m²
